| A week before the annual Mother's
Day event, "Artists on the Hudson", I painted this view from up
on the hill behind the cottage where one of the many apple trees on the
property was blooming away and the last of the daffodils were hanging
on. I found the complex rooftops to be challenging and fun to paint
with the Hudson River peeping through the tree branches on the other side
of the cottage. |
