| A few days before the annual Mother's
Day event, "Artists on the Hudson", I painted this view of the Sunnyside cottage (home
of Washington Irving). I was there with another artist from NYC; we
marveled at the serenity and gentleness of this locale. Truly idyllic!
(The birds sang incessantly and loudly, almost to the point of annoyance!) |
