| My studio-mate had
painted this view on a hazy grey day, and I was attracted to the blue
cranes standing about like sci-fi creatures. It took a little poking
around (not far from Fairway and the BWAC pier) to find the view and
alsot o find that on the pier where I set up to paint, there were
leisure boats docked... what a contrast! A construction site on one side
of the water and a yacht club on the other! I also decided not to
include the hulking blue and yellow IKEA building just to the left of my
view! |
