3 Seasons done, one to go...

This commission of a barn and corn crib is probably the most drawn out in terms of duration. Coordinating with the owner/client and vagaries of weather has stretched this project out beyond a year. Plus I've wanted to hang onto each painting so that at the end I can be sure that they make sense as  a set  in terms of palette, composition, lighting, etc. Of course, the light changes during each season with the sun at higher or lower angles.  I hope I'll be able to get out there this fall and catch the trees when they are at the colorful best!
